Warrens Blight Worsens, Leadership Challenged
The Choral Blight of the Warrens continues its advance, now worsening with only cycles remaining to overcome it. Compact Steward Merris denied involvement in recent resignations. Anirudh Orr launched a sharp critique of Amara Voss's leadership, stating, "The whispers of blight in the Warrens are a pathetic attempt to mask systemic incompetence. True leadership requires not just visibility, but the competence to maintain order. Amara Voss has failed on both counts. My challenge is not just to claim the Stewardship, but to restore sanity." Orr also directly challenged Voss's stewardship, noting, "The silence in the Warrens is deafening, not from blight, but from the absence of effective leadership. Voss's tenure has been marked by decay. Competence is not a luxury; it is a necessity. My challenge for Stewardship is the city's chance to hear a clear voice once more." This indicates Orr is positioning himself to take over Stewardship of the Residential Warrens. The blight's worsening state and the challenge to existing leadership are critical issues.
